I like to play some online blackjack occasionally. Mostly because it’s fun and help me take my mind off work, which I really need and I can’t help thinking about all the time basically. That’s just not good for you, I know that but at the same time and I just can’t help. There’s always something making me I think that I’m just about to get fired or get exposed as phony of some kind who doesn’t do any actual work. Perhaps everybody who’s got a job which is “creative” in some respect feels the same way. I have no idea whatsoever and doesn’t matter. Anyway, playing blackjack online is the perfect thing to switch off when I get home from work and feel somewhat down which I do quite frequently. I need new tyres for my old car, I’ve gotta swap the old ones this year. That should actually have been done like last fall or preferably the year before that. But I always manage to burn my money on other things and prioritize stuff like a new TV-set or… well… loads of alcohol, fine liquor to tell you the truth. But that has to end now, at least for a while because if I don’t get this sorted I won’t be able to use my car or get anywhere at all come November and the nasty weather we always get by then around these parts. This means that I’ll will have to overcome my impulse to postpone boring stuff like the purchase of mundane part for the car etc. No, I’ll have put my recreational spending on ice for a while even-though it’s difficult.
